The benefits of dancing are well-documented. Dance is a great exercise for mental and physical well-being. It helps maintain good posture, balance and coordination. Class will focus on connecting with your partner to several dances, which as the Waltz, Cha Cha, Salsa and Swing.  These learns can help you get ready for an upcoming special event.
