ADULT FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE

Basic Information
6 v 6, 6 players constitute a Co-Ed team: 2 women minimum
2 – 20 minute halves
Field size – 80 yards x 40 yards with 2 – 10 yard end zones
Must be 18 years of age and out of High School
Roster - Minimum of 8 players per team. Maximum of 16 players per team.
8 regular season games. Top 12 make playoffs
Players receive league team shirts
Game times are between 5:45 PM – 8:00 PM. 

Teams are welcomed! Individuals will be placed on teams with available spots.
