Join SPHS JV Coach Heidi Swett and her HS players in this fun 3-day camp! Daily sessions will include drills that will teach and reinforce field hockey skills, proper warm up, aerobic conditioning and small sided games. You must bring goggles and your own stick if you have one. We have a limited supply. Players will be divided according to age and/or ability. Includes camp t-shirt. Min 5, Max 50.
