Come learn about the benefits to meditation that include increased happiness and lower blood pressure. Janine Fifield, Certified Integrative Health Coach & Holistic Health Practitioner will talk about the benefits of meditation and lead the group through a guided tour of their own journey to mindfulness, relaxation and inner peace. She will lead w/ an intro, discuss benefits, guide us through a brief meditation and end with a questions & answers.
