Dahlov Ipcar: Blue Moons & Manageries – This exhibition presents a wide array of paintings, drawings, prints and sculptures by one of Maine’s best known artists, Dahlov Ipcar. Many of these works are being exhibited publicly for the first time. In 1939 Ipcar was the 1st woman and youngest artist (21) to date to be featured in a solo exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art, N.Y. We will stop for lunch afterwards (on your own).
