Great Wave Sushi

Have you ever wanted to master your culinary sushi skills? If so, then this is the perfect experience for you! Come enjoy Chef Alex’s exciting hands-on sushi class where you and your friends will learn to become a sushi chef! Over the course of this 2-hour class you will learn proper knife techniques, sushi rolling and recipe creations. Chef Alex will show you how to make five different types of sushi rolls followed by one hand roll.
