Let's do a movie and shallow water aerobics! Friday, May 10th from 6:00-8:00pm. Mike, the evening Shallow Water Aerobics Instructor invites you to participate in a special aerobics session, while we watch a favorite musical movie. Float and relax in the shallow end, and break out to exercise (and song!) during the musical numbers in the film.
This program is aimed toward adults (Ages 18 and older) who can view a PG-13 movie unsupervised.
PLEASE NOTE: This activity is not recommended for individuals who are susceptible to seizures.
