Fitness class
Join Patty Medina's "Fit to Live” fitness /wellness program, tailored for adults 50+. 
Class offers activities such as standing and chair aerobics, weight training for bone density and strength. Interactive drills improve brain function, coordination, joint mobility, posture and balance. Airdyne Bicycles are available for cardiovascular conditioning.
Holiday celebrations and annual picnic provide a valuable social network.
