This class is for people who would like to try yoga, but think they can’t do it. If you are tired, stiff, inflexible, overloaded, stressed out, large bodied or out of shape, this is the class for you! We will learn and practice basic yoga poses and focus on ways that you can use Yoga in your daily life: in the car, in bed, in a chair, waiting in line, pumping gas, or at work. You may see amazing results in better sleep, increased energy and well being.

Tuesdays, 6:15pm – 7:30pm

Drop In for this class is $12.00.
