The Big E, also known as the Eastern States Exposition, is billed as “New England’s Great State Fair”. It is the largest agricultural event on the eastern seaboard and the seventh-largest fair in the nation! This is a huge fair spanning 175 acres and there is a lot of walking. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing, walking shoes and dress in layers. We will be taking a comfortable charter bus for the ride to Western Mass. We will be dropped off near the Avenue of States where each state building is modeled after their own State Capitol. We will be leaving the fair after the Mardi Gras parade at 5:00pm to return home after an exciting day at the fair!

Please bring anything you will need for the day including medications, water, snacks, money to spend at the fair and cash for the bus driver gratuity.
