Adult Basketball League format
8 regular season games
Playoffs 10 team seeded single elimination.
5v5, 1 female and 1 male must be on the court for each team
Roster minimum of 8 players, max of 12 including 1 female and 1 male player
Two - 20 minute halves
Men shots inside 3 point arc = 1 point, Outside arc = 2 points
Female shots inside 3 point arc = 2 points, Outside arc = 3 points
Rules are based off of the MPA rules
Participants must be at least 18 years old and out of High school.

Captains, once you register please email Whitney at wdorsett@southportland.govwith your team name and roster. She will create your team in MyRec. 

FREE AGENTS - Please register under whichever night you would like to play. Please select the free agent group. Free agents will be placed on teams on a first come, first served basis. 

YOU MUST HAVE BOTH YOUR SOPO ACCOUNT GENERAL AND CANCEL EMAIL OPTIONS AT "YES" TO RECEIVE LEAGUE EMAILS.
