High School Swim Team Preparation Course • Register • View Cart •

We are once again pleased to offer a High School Prep program.  Under the guidance of Head Coach Mike Blanchard, this program is designed for high school swimmers (not actively swimming on a club team) who are looking to amplify their accomplishments during their high school season by getting a jump start on conditioning.  This group will spend about 80% of their time conditioning and 20% of the time (taking advantage of the low swimmer-to-coach ratio) working on technique.

There will be NO PRACTICE on Monday, 10/14 for Indigenous Peoples Day or Monday, November 11/11 for Veteran's Day
