We are once again pleased to offer a High School Prep program. Under the guidance of Head Coach Mike Blanchard, this program is designed for high school swimmers (not actively swimming on a club team) who are looking to amplify their accomplishments during their high school season by getting a jump start on conditioning. This group will spend about 80% of their time conditioning and 20% of the time (taking advantage of the low swimmer-to-coach ratio) working on technique.

Holiday-NO practice

There will be NO PRACTICE on Monday, 10/13 for Indigenous Peoples Day. The pool will be closed.
