CROSS COUNTRY RUNNING CAMP

This camp will be offered for boys and girls Entering grades 5 - 9 in September, 2018. Camp will meet each day at the SPHS Track. Each session will begin with stretching and warm up exercises. Runners will have an opportunity to work on his/her existing running techniques and get in shape for the upcoming season. You do not have to be participating in cross country this fall to attend this camp. This camp is designed to help any athlete get in shape for any sport this fall. Minimum 10/Maximum 20.
