Yoga for Movement Exploration and Body Awareness

The Fall Program Saturday morning yoga classes will be active and body centered to cultivate strength, suppleness, and body awareness. The approach to breath and movement will be relaxed. Classes will be tempered with approachable pacing, balanced sequencing, and consideration for accessibility. All experience levels are welcome!

Andrea Aufdencamp, RYT 200, Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga on High Teacher Training and Ayurveda Institute, Columbus, Ohio, December 2016.  I offer Hatha yoga influenced by Vinyasa yoga, creative movement, and Western exercise science. I am dedicated to lifelong learning as a practitioner of yoga and as a yoga teacher.
