Frisbee
Ultimate is a low-contact coed sport with a strong focus on skill building and teamwork. This is a fast-paced game that will work a player's stamina. Players will learn the rules of the games and strategies for success. 

Practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings, at Redbank. Games on Weekdays with possible games on weekends as well.
