Need an extra push to meet your fitness goals?
This interval training class mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training to keep the body guessing and progressing. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves.  All levels are welcome...from the absolute beginner to the seasoned athlete. We encourage you to bring your own mat if you don’t feel comfortable using the center’s equipment.

COVID-19 PREVENTION
  • Masks must be worn at all times.
  • There will be no drop ins for this program.
  • Equipment and the facility space will be cleaned before and after each program activity.
  • We do encourage you to bring your equipment if you don't feel comfortable using the center's equipment.
