Men Playing Tennis
Feel like you need another step while playing pickleball or tennis? Looking for a little more power in your tennis or racket ball strokes? Does waking up mean aching all over after playing your favorite racket or paddle sport? Coach Dave Cousins will take you through a new style of workout that combines footwork drills for agility and increased speed, yoga positions for balance and core strength, and light strength training for more power. It makes an easier way to improve your game off the court, using techniques mid to high level players would use. 
 
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and if you have it, a heart rate monitor to track your own progress as well as wearing athletic style clothing and court shoes.
 
Class time: 1 hour.
Instructor: Dave Cousins, PTR Certified Professional, USPTA Elite Professional
Fridays: 10am-11am 
Sundays 4:30-5:30pm
