Oula with Cholla
 
Oula is a dance fitness format that uses easy to learn dance moves and recognizable music to help you gain confidence, process emotions, AND get a workout.  If you are looking for something fun to add into your weekly routine come and dance with us!  No prior experience necessary, coordination not required. 

Bring:  clothes you feel comfortable getting sweaty in, sneakers, water and an open mind!

 
About the Instructor:  Hi, I’m Cholla (Choy-a).  I have been practicing Oula for 4 years in Portland and honestly, it’s still the best part of my week, every week.  I believe that dance is for everyBODY and that movement can be medicine.  I’m a mom of 2 and I spend lots of time kitchen dancing and singing poorly throughout the house.  My commitment to you as an instructor is 2-fold: (1) I will always hold the space for you to have your best experience. (2) I promise to share my joy for Oula with you all the way through class.

COVID-19 PREVENTION
  • Masks must be worn at all times.
  • There will be no drop ins for this program.
  • Equipment and the facility space will be cleaned before and after each program activity.
  • We do encourage you to bring your equipment if you don't feel comfortable using the center's equipment.
  • Please bring a water bottle to fill up. The drinking fountain is not in service but the bottle fill up station is.
