Mindful Eating for Weight Management (Virtual)
 
Based on the evidence-based MB-EAT program as well as other research, this series of 6 classes will cover mindful eating concepts, skills, mindset and habit creation to support individual weight management goals.
 
The small-group class structure allows ample time for instruction/presentation, group discussion and Q & A. All classes will be conducted via Zoom (it’s best to use a computer and not a phone to participate). All course materials will be provided via email from the instructor.
 
This program will be held on zoom. The instructor will send out a zoom link a week prior to the start of class.
