TAC Fitness will implement a program focusing on speed a development, agility, work capacity and body weight conditioning for all sports. We will focus on both linear speed and mufti-directional speed. Work Capacity and conditioning will be addressed through a myriad of activities such as body weight circuits and other modalities. Our staff includes Middle School Coaches to former Division I Track Coaches and a former Florida State Strength & Conditioning Coach. 

Tac Fit: Technical Athletic Consulting Fitness is operated with the belief of combining sport science with practical implementation. Our scientific approach will be utilized by employing proper bio mechanics and exercise science to yield the desired improvement. I believe an increase in one of the bi motor areas of; speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination will increase your overall development for optimal athletic performance.
