SP Cheering
South Portland Fire Cheering is dedicated to teaching skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork to all kids grade K-8 who live in or attend school in South Portland. Cheerleaders who are registered all-star cheerleaders can participate this year only - normally registered All Stars are excluded from participating in State MYCCA events. We are excited to be participating in virtual competitions this season and performing for families. For COVID precautions, there will be no stunting or cheer yelling, however, all other aspects of the sport - jumps, dance, motion technique and tumbling will occur. Masks are mandated at all times and athletes will be socially distanced during practices.

**Practice days & times for each group will be determined after sign ups depending on the amount of kids we get.

**Our refund policy is full refund up to 3 days before the program begins. 50% after that. No refund after the first day of the program.


Practices will start February 22

Grades K-2 - Rising Stars
Saturday 10-10:45am
 
Grades 3-4 - Shooting Stars
Saturday 10-11am
 
Grades 5-8 - Super Stars
Wednesday 6:30-8pm

COVID PROTOCOLS 

-Masks must be worn at all times
-6 feet a part at all times
-No parents in the gym
-Kids will enter through one door and have their temperatures taken then exit out another door after practice
-Mats will be spread down by maintenance staff after each practice
-Hand sanitizer will be provided
