We are off to “Montpelier” – the General Henry Knox Museum for a docent led tour.  We will enjoy a picnic lunch on the grounds of Montpelier before our tour.  Montpelier is not handicap-accessible, and guests must navigate two staircases to view the Museum.  Do not forget your picnic lunch.  After lunch, we will make a stop at the Maine State Prison store, an old-fashioned shop featuring wooden, inmate-carved home furniture, crafts & novelty items.
