Man exercises on the ground
TAC Fitness is hosting week-long clinics for speed development, agility, work capacity, and functional body weight conditioning for all sports at the South Portland Community Center.  We will focus on both linear speed and multi-directional reacceleration / agility. Work Capacity and conditioning will be addressed through a myriad of activities such as body weight circuits. Our staff includes middle school coaches to Collegiate DI coaches. We will be implementing Physical Therapists or Chiropractors from Cape Integrative Health to assist with movement analysis.


Masks DO NOT have to be worn. If you want your child to wear one we support that and will do our best to make sure they wear one all day.
