ALL ABOUT BALANCE - 8 WEEK BALANCE CLASS

Join an 8-week balance class hosted by the balance experts from the Maine Strong Balance Center. Participants can expect to undergo a brief initial balance assessment, to then participate in a weekly class focused on improving the functioning of the major balance systems in the body and in the 8th week to undergo re-testing to track progress. Education and worksheets on balance exercises will be provided to participants to allow for lifelong balance exercise programs for those interested. All levels and balance abilities are welcome.
