Ultimate Frisbee Clinic

Variety of sports equipment on the grass.
Join us for a one hour clinic, participants will learn the basics of ultimate Frisbee.Participants will learn how to properly throw and catch while also learning the rules of the game. This clinic will be run by our middle school coach Lucas Brown. 

All students grades 6-8 are welcome, following the free clinic will be a informational meeting for parents. At this time information regarding the Ultimate Frisbee team will be shared.

Please be aware that masks MUST be wore by all (staff, players, coaches, referees and spectators) while inside the facility - please bring your own mask. In an effort to limit capacity numbers inside our gym,  and for the safety of all involved, we have instituted a 2 spectator per participant. Please help us by being cognizant of the current situation.
