Rebalance, restore and refresh your body, mind and spirit.  This full body workout focuses on posture, stability, joint mobility, and muscle strength and length. It feels like a conglomerate of Tai Chi, pilates and aerobic dance.  Google Essentrics to see what the moves are like. You’ll love moving to music and getting taller and stronger.  There will be a free class on Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022 at 10:30a.m. to try it out! YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE FREE CLASS - LIMITED SPOTS!

Instructor Bio: Sarah MacColl, M.S. Level 4 Essentrics Instructor, ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist and IDEA Elite Personal Fitness Trainer is an aging triathlete who uses Essentrics® to keep her body in shape to teach fitness, stack wood and lead hiking trips.
