The Portland Observatory: Breathtaking views and fascinating history at America’s only maritime signal tower. It’s not a lighthouse!! We will have a private guided tour. There are 87 steps total, however, we will be stopping about every 10-12 steps for a rest on a landing before we make it all the way to the top.
