Bioblitz is back for our fourth year of celebrating pollinators in South Portland. Join us at our brand new nature preserve, the Petrlik Conservaiton Area, to explore the park, help contribute to citizen science, and learn all about the importance of the amazing creatures who work so hard for South Portland’s ecosystems. 

Where: Petrlik Conservation Area 
When: Saturday, September 13th, 1pm-3pm

What will you do while there?
  • collect data on pollinators using the iNaturalist app
  • learn about native pollinators
  • explore the new nature preserve
  • learn about pollinator friendly plants

Pollinator Bioblitz allows us to come together as a community and collect crucial data on the pollinators that make our town so special, and we can't do it without your help!

Carpooling is advised as parking will be limited. You can also access the nature preserve by walking from Hinckley Park.
