Calling all nature-loving kids! We want you to become a Jr. Ranger for South Portland Parks.

Our Junior Ranger program is back for its third year, this time at Willard. Join our park rangers to learn all about our parks and what it means to be a junior ranger. Kids will complete activities to learn about tides, erosion, and habitats and will do their part to protect Willard Beach. At the end of the program, each kid who participates will receive a badge and be recognized as an official South Portland Junior Park Ranger! The badge is different than in previous years, so kids who participated in 2022 or 2023 are encouraged to join in again.

We will have 4 programs throughout the summer, so you can sign up for the date that fits your schedule:

Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required.
