Pleasant Mountain Ski/Ride program • Register • View Cart •

Join us for our first year of teen skiing and riding at Pleasant Mountain this winter! The program is open to students in grades 7-12. The program will be help on the following Mondays: January 6, 13, 27, February 3, 10 (makeup date February 24). Participants must sign up for all five weeks – no individual trip rates. Unfortunately, no refunds or vouchers can be issued for missed or cancelled trips.

The program will pick up kids from South Portland Middle School and South Portland High School each week via school bus, drive to Pleasant Mountain, and return participants to South Portland Community Center by 10pm each night. Below is the pickup schedule:
  • 2:00pm-2:30pm pick up kids at the middle school
  • 2:40pm-3:00pm- pick up kids at the high school
  • 3:00pm-4:15/4:30ish drive to Pleasant Mountain
  • 8:45pm depart pleasant Mountain
  • 10:00pm- drop kids off at South Portland Recreation Center


Helmets are required and are included with equipment rentals.  Lessons are available for those who want to take them and will start at 5pm each night. Participants can sign up for lessons all 5 weeks or just participate in a refresher lesson on the first week.

Skiing/ riding will take place from 4:30pm-8:30pm each night, with a self-timed break for dinner. Please send either food or money to buy food from the cafeteria with your child.
