RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS (NEW)
Discover the exciting sport of rhythmic gymnastics! Participants will learn fundamental skills using ribbons, hoops, balls, ropes, and music while building flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and confidence. Classes are taught by Asya Vinokur, a former competitive rhythmic gymnast and owner of Maine Rhythmic Gymnastics. Through her local gymnastics school, Asya has introduced many children to this unique Olympic sport and is excited to bring rhythmic gymnastics to the South Portland community.
