Group exercise classes that blend rhythmic Latin, and contemporary music with work at your own level dance moves. Easy to follow choreography focusing on all elements of fitness, cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance to make getting in shape more fun than ever while forgetting you’re even exercising! Various class routines will build on toning. Use of 1lb weights optional.
