This yoga class is designed specifically for student athletes who want to improve flexibility, strength, balance and mental focus. Each class combines deep stretches, dynamic movements, and breathing exercises aimed at releasing tension and improving concentration, as well as increasing range of motion and joint mobility.
Drop ins will be added as long as the class max has not been met, to secure your spot please register ahead of time.
