Wake up with Meditation: A path to inner calm and focus


This class offers an exploration into the benefits of meditation for stress reduction, increased focus, and emotional well-being. Through a blend of guided and silent meditation techniques, including breath work and mindfulness practices, participants will learn practical tools to cultivate inner peace and presence in their daily lives.
