This program is an introduction and exploration of yoga for kids of all abilities. It includes basic principles of yoga with a 45-minute practice that helps strengthen, stretch, and align the body and the mind. It also involves breathing techniques and positive mentalities that can help with sustained focus, finding more inner calm, confidence, and self-validation.
