DECLARATION VIEWING (LEVEL 2)
Put on your red, white and blue and join us as we get up close and personal with one of our nation’s most sacred documents. Maine Historical Society is privileged to steward one of 26 surviving copies of the Dunlap Broadside of the Declaration printed in Philadelphia on July 4, 1776, and sent to the Colonies to announce American independence. Viewing will take place at the Maine Cultural Building. Lunch out.
