Tumbling Class - Tumbling Class- Beginner Tumbling Beginner Tumbling- Students are introduced to the basic principles and shapes that make up tumbling. Ideal for novice cheerleaders, gymnasts, acrobats, and dancers, or advanced students wanting to brush up on their basics. Skills taught include forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, bridge, and backbends. This class also teaches gym safety and encourages self-confidence, listening skills, and social skills in a fun environment. Min/max: 5/10Instructor: Drew CopelandIntermediate Tumbling- Students continue honing their basic skills with more advanced techniques and skills introduced. Skills include connecting basic skills and new skills like a front walkover, back walkover, front handspring, round off, and back handspring. This class also teaches gym safety and encourages self-confidence, listening skills, and social skills in a fun environment.
