Storytime - Redbank Storytime The South Portland Youth Librarians will be hosting story and song time at Redbank Community Center on Tuesdays. The librarians will be reading stories and leading fun family songs. This program is free. If you have an questions about the program please reach out to Jessica Milton at jmilton@southportland.org.Also on Tuesdays from 9am to 11am at Redbank we also host a preschool open play (POP) program in the gym. This program is $4 for South Portland resident families and $5 for Non-Resident families. You may leave and return to the POP program to attend storytime.Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.No Program November 7th

Lacrosse March Madness - Lacrosse March Madness- Youth Girls MS Boys Lacrosse March Madness! Join the South Portland Middle School boy's lacrosse coaches and get ready for lacrosse season! Clinics are for experienced lacrosse players or new players committed to playing middle school (7/8 grade) boys lacrosse this season.Clinics will focus on fundamental lacrosse skills and athlete development: stick skills, athleticism and conditioning to help prepare athletes for their full-field boy's lacrosse season this April. Required: Participants must have all required lacrosse equipment: a lacrosse helmet, gloves, shoulder pads/chest protector, arm pads, stick, dry running/athletic footwear (to change into) for the gym and a water bottle for each session. Youth Girls Lacrosse March Madness! Join the South Portland Girls Youth Lacrosse Coaches and get ready for lacrosse season! Clinics will focus on fundamental lacrosse skills and competitive games to help prepare kids for their lacrosse season this April. Clinics are for new or experienced lacrosse players that will be playing 3/4 or 5/6 grade girls lacrosse this season. Required: Participants must have a girls lacrosse stick, lacrosse/field hockey goggles, dry running/athletic footwear (to change into) for the gym, a water bottle and a positive attitude!
