We will also create a cookbook so students can keep the recipes for a lifetime.Viral Video Cooking Class: Calling all wannabe influencers who love to cook! The internet is full of fun and exciting cooking videos. Ever thought, "Wow, that's so interesting; I want to make that"? Well, here is your chance. We will prepare both savory and sweet dishes while learning about culinary arts, kitchen safety, and culinary math. NO CLASS OCT 7 and OCT. 16  - Refunds issued 11/4.  Mix it up! is a co-ed group strength training class utilizing various methods of training as well as a variety of exercises and equipment. The class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels. On Tuesdays, we kick up the intensity a little bit and incorporate interval training. Thursday’s focus is on total body strength training. Mix it Up! is easy to follow and will make you sweat.  (Maximum of 25) Please note this adult class will only allow a 10% Senior Discount.

The class is designed for all ages and all fitness levels. On Tuesdays, we kick up the intensity a little bit and incorporate interval training. Thursday’s focus is on total body strength training.
