volunteers pulling out invasive plants
We are looking for volunteers who want to care for Hinckley Park.
At these training days, volunteers will learn all about the invasive plants that threaten Hinckley’s ecosystem. We will cover plant identification, target areas, and how to remove each plant. After completing the training, volunteers can borrow tools and work in Hinckley Park on their own schedule throughout the year. Any hours worked can be recorded for volunteer requirements for work, school, etc.

NOTE: Volunteers only need to attend one volunteer training day to begin volunteering on their own.
